SafePay

Our vision

Commerce stopped waiting for trust to catch up a long time ago. We think it shouldn't have to.

Buying and selling across a border, a currency, or a payment method that only one side actually recognizes, has always meant someone taking a leap of faith. SafePay exists to remove that leap: one agreement, built around what both sides actually agreed to, that decides when money moves instead of leaving it to nerve or reputation.

One agreement, however you pay or get paid

Escrow isn't a new idea. What's new is treating the agreement itself, not the payment, not the currency, not the country, as the thing worth protecting. Everything else is just detail underneath it.

How a deal actually moves

Four moments that matter, however the deal is shaped.

Whether it's a single payment or a project with milestones, every deal on SafePay moves through the same four moments.

1

The seller sets the terms

What they're owed, in the currency they want to be paid in, on the timeline that makes sense for the work. Nothing gets negotiated after the fact.

2

The buyer sees the real cost upfront

One total, before they commit. However they choose to pay, whatever it converts to, there's nothing to discover later.

3

Funds are held securely in a smart contract

Not with the seller, not with the buyer. The money simply waits there until the deal's own conditions say it's time to move.

4

Release happens on the deal's terms

Delivery confirmed, an inspection window passing quietly, a milestone signed off, or a third party verifying the work, whichever fits how the deal was actually built.

A quieter kind of advantage

No single payment method sees a person's whole picture. SafePay does.

A card processor only sees the deals that ran through cards. A mobile wallet only sees its own transfers. Someone spreading activity across several of them looks unremarkable to each one individually, and invisible to any of them collectively. Because every deal on SafePay passes through the same place first, regardless of how it was funded or paid out, patterns like that don't have anywhere to hide. That's not a policy decision, it's simply what the system can see by design.

What we actually believe

A handful of positions we don't compromise on.

None of these are marketing lines. They're the constraints the product is built inside of.

A dispute isn't a dead end

Either side can raise one while a deal is still open, and outcomes aren't forced into all-or-nothing. Real commercial disagreements often settle somewhere in the middle, and SafePay's resolution process is built to reflect that instead of picking a winner by default.

Every fee has one owner

Nothing gets split quietly between two parties, and nothing shows up as a surprise deduction. What a buyer sees before funding and what a seller sees before accepting are the real numbers, calculated the same way every time.

Verification happens once, not for every rail

A buyer or seller proves who they are a single time. From there, the same identity carries through every deal they make on the platform, instead of re-verifying with every different way they choose to pay or get paid.

Trade doesn't stop at direct deals

Agents, brokers, and intermediaries already move a huge share of global commerce. SafePay supports them directly, whether they're introducing two sides for a disclosed fee or trading as the counterparty on both ends of a deal.

Where we're headed

Built for the deals the rest of the industry treats as edge cases.

Cross-border escrow already exists in pockets, usually scoped to one country, one currency, or one kind of deal. What's genuinely underserved is everything in between: the ordinary, everyday commerce that happens between people and businesses who don't share a bank, a currency, or a legal system, at the volume real trade actually happens, not just the largest transactions worth a lawyer's time.

That's the gap SafePay is built to close: not by building new payment rails, but by making the ones that already exist add up to one deal either side can actually rely on.

See how it protects your side of the deal

The same principles apply whether you're buying, selling, brokering a deal, or building on top of the platform.
