SafePay is currently in development, and this website is a pre-launch informational site. These Terms of Use cover only your use of this website today, browsing it, and submitting the waitlist, partner, or business contact forms. They do not cover the SafePay product itself: escrow, custody, fees, or dispute resolution. That will be governed by a separate Terms of Service, published before any real funds move through the platform.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse this site and use the forms on it to join the waitlist, inquire about a partnership, or contact us about SafePay. In return, we ask that you don't use the site or its forms to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or abuse the site (including its forms or infrastructure), or use any automated system to scrape or submit to them at scale.
No offer of financial services
Nothing on this site is an offer to provide escrow, payment, custody, or any other financial service. Joining the waitlist, or submitting the partner or business contact form, does not create any account, agreement, or contractual relationship beyond us being able to reach out to you. The actual SafePay product, and the terms that govern using it, don't exist yet.
Content and ownership
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to SafePay. You're welcome to share links to it. Reproducing it elsewhere, or presenting it as your own, isn't permitted.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is, as an early, informational look at what we're building. We've tried to make sure everything on it is accurate, but we don't guarantee it's complete or error-free, and we're not liable for decisions made based on it before the product itself actually exists.
Changes
As SafePay moves toward launch, these Terms of Use will be replaced with a complete Terms of Service covering the product itself. We'll make it clear when that happens.
