SafePay

For brokers & agents

Built for the intermediaries global trade already runs on.

Real estate agents, import and export agents, procurement firms, freelance agencies. SafePay doesn't treat brokers as an afterthought bolted onto a two-party system. Both of the ways brokers actually earn money are built into the platform directly.

Model one

Facilitator broker

You introduce the buyer and seller, help negotiate the deal, and stay involved as a participant on a single agreement. Your commission is agreed upfront and disclosed to both parties.

When the deal settles, your commission is paid out automatically as part of the same settlement plan that pays the seller. No separate invoice, and no manual transfer to chase down afterward.

Model two

Trading broker

You act as a principal rather than an introducer. A seller agrees to receive one amount from you; a buyer separately agrees to pay you a different, higher amount. The two agreements are linked, but each stays private to the parties who signed it.

Your margin is simply the difference between the two, the way wholesalers and traders already price deals today. Nothing about it needs to be disclosed to either side, and SafePay never exposes one agreement's terms to the other party.

Side by side

Which model fits how you already work?

Neither model is better. They fit different kinds of businesses, and SafePay doesn't make you pick one permanently.

Getting paid

Settlement, not invoicing.

Whichever model you use, getting paid isn't a separate process you have to manage.
